HI, I’M

Through somatic ritual, creative inquiry, and embodied coaching, I guide you into deeper connection with your inner rhythm, purpose, and power.

My work invites you to remember the wisdom of your body, awaken your creative essence, and move through life with devotion, clarity, and grace.

Each session is a sacred meeting point where transformation unfolds through presence, play, and poetic embodiment.

FAQs

  • Embodied coaching is a body-led approach to healing and transformation. Using trauma-informed and PsychoNeuroEnergetic practices, we engage the body’s innate intelligence to re-story past experiences without rehashing them.

Rather than analyzing or reliving old patterns, this work helps complete stuck survival responses and awaken self-leadership, sovereignty, and resilience.

Through ritual, we cultivate presence, aliveness, and the capacity to embody what you are calling into life.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to know how to do this work, your body already knows. Whether you feel open or uncertain, expressive or quiet, you’re welcome here exactly as you are. Curiosity and willingness to explore are the only requirements.

  • That is often the perfect place to begin. Disconnection is not a flaw; it is a sign that your system has been protecting you. Together, we move slowly and gently, rebuilding trust through presence, breath, and expression. Every sensation, emotion, and silence has a place here.

  • This work tends to the subtle and the profound, deepening self-trust, restoring creative flow, bringing emotional balance, and opening clarity of purpose. Many leave feeling softer yet stronger, more present, and deeply connected to their own rhythm and creative essence.

  • Somatic and creative work complements therapy by giving your body a voice. Through somatic embodiment ritual, you access emotion, intuition, and energy in ways words alone cannot, supporting deeper integration of insights.

  • If you feel a quiet pull toward expansion, a desire to feel more alive, connected, or creatively expressed, this work is for you. You do not need to have clarity or confidence to begin. Often, the decision itself is the beginning of transformation.
